I keep thinking that menopause is still far away from me, that it will be a long time before it becomes something that concerns me. But in truth, you never know when, in this vast cosmos of events, the time will come to go through menopause.

When I listen to women talking about their own journeys through it, I know that the transition is turbulent BEFORE and definitive AFTER. These different stories reinforce my belief that, in that moment of finally being on the other side, we ultimately find ourselves in a time of feminine, peaceful balance — and that this turbulent passage helps us discover our cosmic strength.
